About the16th Street Business and Neighborhood Alliance (SSBNA)

The 16th Street Business and Neighborhood Alliance (SSBNA) was founded in 2008 by John and Bette Schultz as a way to unite business owners and neighbors for the improvement of 16th Street. Since then, the SSBNA’s mission has been to stimulate pride, prosperity, and economic growth in our neighborhoods and businesses. Some of the ways in which the SSBNA has done this is by purchasing block watch signage, conducting street cleanups, and hosting community events. Some of the events that the SSBNA has had in the past include the Neighborhood Safety Fall Festival and the Annual Networking Social. At these events SSBNA aims at bringing businesses and the residents of 16th street area together. Businesses who are members of SSBNA join us at events by sponsoring concessions or safety displays. If you are a business located in 16th Street area and are not yet a member of SSBNA, join us today!
